Refunds cannot be made once funds (including bonuses) have been used in gameplay.
A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the alleged transaction or within thirty (30) days if the User claims that another person (or a minor) had access to his/her Account.
We also reserve the right to refrain from refunds or reverse transactions until the User’s identity has been properly established. You agree to provide, upon our request, notarized identification or any other documents identifying your identity in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. If such notarized or certified identification is not provided within thirty (30) days of our request, such refund or reversal will not be processed, your Player Account will be closed, and you will forfeit all funds in your Player Account—such decision will be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
Players undertake to play all games fairly and must not influence the outcome of the game in any way, including by using computers, mathematical equations, betting systems, etc.
